The attentive and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Another highlight was the breathtaking view from the hotel. Waking up to the stunning scenery of nature was truly a treat. we loved the fact that the hotel offered hiking companions in the form of their adorable dogs. It was a unique and delightful experience having furry friends join us on our adventures.
One aspect that could be improved is the lack of traditional Colombian food options. It would have been nice to have the opportunity to taste and experience local cuisine during our stay.

We couldn't recommend this place more. The rooms are quaint and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The little room heater is efficient in keeping you warm during colder nights. They provide tea, delicious coffee, and panela for you to enjoy. The food is wholesome and healthy, and the portions, though not generous, are satisfying. The glamping grounds are surrounded by nature, with beautiful views and the peaceful sounds of insects, birds, and a nearby stream. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are walking sticks and wellies available for your hikes. The owner, Juan, goes above and beyond to make you feel like family and provides great tips for exploring the area.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with lush green mountains stretching as far as the eye could see. It was the perfect backdrop for our romantic escape. We also appreciated the attentive staff, who were always willing to help and make our stay more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. the food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We especially loved the local dishes that gave us a taste of the region's cuisine.
The lack of variety in the breakfast menu. We were hoping for more options, especially when it came to fresh fruits and juices.

We had an amazing stay at the glamping site nestled in beautiful nature. The morning bird chirping while sipping coffee was a serene experience. The crystal ceiling allowed us to stargaze at night. The commitment to sustainability was evident, and we even planted a seed of an endangered wax palm tree. The glamping was clean, comfortable, and offered fantastic tours and activities. an unforgettable experience!
